Shipping and Delivery
HOW ORDER PROCESS?
Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) and can take up to two business days to process before being shipped. Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has dispatched. In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our Customer Care team. In the event of a large online promotion, our orders team can get quite backed up due to a massive influx of orders in a short amount of time. If there has been a recent promotion there is a chance that your order may be delayed.
I RECEIVED DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. WHAT DO I DO?
If you receive any defective product, send us pictures where the defect is clearly shown, so that we can verify it and find a solution for you. Contact us by email at email@example.com, or send us an instant message by clicking Messenger blue icon at bottom right of page.
I RECEIVED INCORRECT PRODUCTS. WHAT DO I DO?
If you receive an incorrect order, send us a picture of everything you have received, along with the respective references in the box, and we will resolve the problem for you once the content is verified. CAN I COMBINE SHIPPING ON MULTIPLES OF THE SAME ITEM?
Because our deals do not always ship out at the same time, we cannot allow combined shipping.
I CAN ONLY SHIP TO MY BILLING ADDRESS. WHY IS THAT?
In short, we're doing our best to nip fraudulent activity in the bud. By only allowing our customers to ship to their billing address, it ensures that a stranger cannot make a purchase using stolen credit card information and send it to their address.
IS THERE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER?
All orders have tracking numbers assigned to them - as soon as the label is created for the shipment, tracking is updated both on the website, and via e-mail. You can always check tracking updates by clicking "Order Tracking" on the menu.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We take pride in our fast and reliable shipping! We always try and ship within 24-48 hours of placing your order, and we'll always notify you as soon as your product ships. Occasionally we will ship items to you directly from our supplier. In these cases, orders usually take 7-10 business days to begin shipping. Once your order ships, tracking information will be updated.
WHAT HAPPENS WITH AN UNDELIVERED PACKAGE?
Unfortunately, we are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by a carrier. Undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please make sure to review your shipping address before checking out!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
In order to provide you with a variety of different awesome products, every sale has different shipping times. We also do our best to ship our the products as quickly as possible. Once the order ships, we let you track each shipment and you can find this info when you click "Order Tracking". We’ll also email you with each update.
